24.8.17  Perfect host, lovely setting and new freshly renovated accommodation.  M Pilling.

23.8.17  We have just stayed here in this wonderful annexe in Aug 17. The location is perfect to allow you to walk into Seaton and close to surrounding areas. The annexe had everything you need to make a wonderful holiday. The outside decking area is lovely to sit out when back from a fun filled day.  Elaine and Paul were very welcoming hosts. Would definitely return ... Paula P

July 2017  We had a lovely few days in Seaton and the annexe was excellent. Spotlessly clean and very good location to explore the surrounding coast. The welcome pack of bread, milk, cereal, jams etc....was a lovely surprise and very thoughtful. Elaine was extremely helpful and friendly. I would like to wish her every successBest wishes Sue Tippins
