Very well presented detached bungalow situated in an elevated, quiet, residential area west of the town. Just over a 10-minute walk to this popular seaside town with superb beach, Esplanade, all amenities - variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and cafes are all to hand. The Jurassic Coast Centre, the Tramway and the Seaton Wetlands, made up of four Local Nature reserves are all situated in the town.

An ideal location for walkers with the stunning coastal footpaths along the Jurassic Coast over the cliff tops to the pretty fishing village of Beer with Quarry Caves and Pecorama model railway/pleasure gardens. Branscombe one of the longest villages in the country, is positioned in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with the famous 700-year-old award winning Mason's Arms Inn, National Trust Old Bakery Tea Rooms, Mill, museum, working forge and second traditional inn 'The Fountain Head' serving good food and local brews. The famous Donkey Sanctuary at Weston, near Sidmouth is nearby. Lyme Regis, known, as 'The Pearl of Dorset' famous for The Cobb, is a 15-minute drive

Additional information: Saturday changeover. Pets most welcome at £25 pw or part week per pet.  Please note the conservatory is accessed through Bedroom 3. Care to be taken with children in rear terraced garden. Short breaks available out of season, excluding school holidays. Arrival from 4pm.
