Delightful seaside apartment, situated solely on the second floor of a coastal house, in a wonderful superb seafront position with outstanding uninterrupted panoramic sea views of Lyme Bay on the Jurassic Coast.  A stunning location, just yards to the sea, with esplanade and superb mile long beach. 

 

Conveniently a 5-minute level walk to the shops, restaurants, pubs and amenities of Seaton, the popular small Victorian town.  A most excellent seaside holiday spot, well placed for exploring the many coastal footpaths of this Heritage Coast and pretty countryside right on the doorstep.  Close to Axmouth harbour with yacht club, cliff top golf course and the wild-life along the Estuary.  The famous Seaton Tramway runs along the beautiful Axe Valley from Seaton to Colyton. 

 

A 10-minute drive over the Devon/Dorset border into historic coastal resort of Lyme Regis, 'The Pearl of Dorset'.
