The Loft is situated in Beer, a seaside Devon village, runner up for 'Village of the Year', 2018.

A well presented apartment offering quality accommodation situated solely on the second floor of this Victorian seaside villa of character.

An excellent position, right in the heart of the quaint Fore Street, of this friendly, pretty fishing village.

The sheltered beach, a real suntrap, with boats to hire, fishing trips and sailing, is just a two-minute stroll away, with no roads to cross. Interesting shops, local inns, variety of restaurants, art galleries, antiques market, Quarry Caves and Model Railway are conveniently close.

A most handy holiday spot for couples or the small family.

Accommodation: Comfortable and homely. Attractively furnished.  Lounge/Diner, TV.  video  Playstation, Dvd,  Cd Stereo + iPod dock,  convertible settee, views over Beer and a sea-glimpse.  Striking fitted limed oak Kitchen, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine,  distant rural views.  Bedroom 1: Double, fitted units.  Bedroom 2: Double, fitted units.  Tiled smart Bathroom: Bath, over-bath shower, basin, WC.

Facilities: Bed linen inclusive.  Towels bring your own or hire, £10 per set (one bath + one hand towel).  Electricity/night storage heating inclusive.

Outdoor Facilities:  Parking at village car park, 2 minute walk away, (reasonable priced weekly ticket available, £25 pw which entitles you to park in other East Devon District Council Car parks.  Less than a week Council parking charges are: 2 days £12, 3 days £15 and 4 days £20.
