Well-presented family house, semi-detached, set in a residential area in a most convenient location, with just over a 5-minute walk to the spectacular mile long beach, Esplanade and town centre, a variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and cafes. The Jurassic Coast Centre, the Tramway and the Seaton Wetlands, made up of four Local Nature reserves are all situated in the town.

An ideal location for walkers with the stunning coastal footpaths along the Jurassic Coast over the cliff tops to the pretty fishing village of Beer with Quarry Caves and Pecorama model railway/pleasure gardens. Branscombe one of the longest villages in the country, is positioned in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with the famous 700-year-old award winning Mason's Arms Inn, National Trust Old Bakery Tea Rooms, Mill, museum, working forge and second traditional inn 'The Fountain Head' serving good food and local brews.

The famous Donkey Sanctuary at Weston, near Sidmouth is nearby. Lyme Regis, known, as 'The Pearl of Dorset' famous for fossil hunting is a 15-minute drive. The small thriving market town of Axminster with shops and weekly street market is also 15-minute drive. An ideal and relaxing holiday retreat, a real 'home from home', near the sea for exploring the delights of this pretty area, throughout the year.

Access is approached either via a side path or four steps at the front into a long sun room, door into hall. Lounge with log burning stove, first basket of logs free. French glazed doors from Lounge into dining room. Large kitchen with door leading to rear conservatory. Ground floor Bedroom 1: King, fitted wardrobes. Ground floor Bathroom: Bath, over-bath shower, basin, WC. Open tread stairs with stairgates at the bottom and top, to first floor. Bedroom 2: Twin, TV. Bedroom 3: Single. First floor bedrooms with distant views of the Axe Valley.

Also street parking opposite + parking in local car park, 5 minute walk, reasonable priced weekly tickets, which entitles you to park in other East Devon District Council car parks. Local bus stop opposite.

Additional information: Saturday changeover. Pets most welcome £25 pw or part week.  Short breaks available out of season, excluding school holidays. Arrival from 4pm. Departure by 10am.

August 19-16th 2017    We have had a fantastic week in this lovely holiday home.  It was so clean and welcoming on arrival and had everything we need.  The location is great- we visited Lyme Regis, Sidmouth, Axminster and even to Porland and went up the lighthouse – well worth a visit. August 5th-12th 2017   Thanks so much for a wonderful holiday – lovely house and location.  We particularly enjoyed the donkey Sanctuary and the Kayaks at both Seaton and Lyme Regis beaches.  Sally, Colin, Jamie, Abbie and Harry.
