Excellent, clean and well maintained. We would certainly go there again, owners are friendly and helpful. September 2018
We had a lovely time, the weather was great and so was Seaton and the surrounding area. The place is lovely, the owner was very welcoming. We would recommend the Annexe and hope to return. September 2018
Cared for, perfect host, lovely setting and new freshly renovated accommodation. August 2018
Peaceful location and parking was a bonus. 'E' was a delightful host and the accommodation was superb. The apartment was very well equipped. Everything you need in the kitchen, bedroom etc. Bathroom toiletries were a bonus. The welcome pack was exceptional. Would definitely recommend. July 2018
The apartment is very lovingly furnished with many pillows, fresh flowers, books, DVDs, wooden floorboards and a very functional and genuine wooden kitchen, washing machine and various containers for waste separation. Outside there was a private protected patio area with a table, chairs and umbrella and lots of plants. Upon arrival, I found fresh milk, bread, butter jam, cereals, tea and coffee and also sweeties. I thought that was great. The hosts are very nice and helpful, but never intrusive. The only drawback is that the apartment is right at the top of a steep hill and we had bicycles which we did not use – but the walk is a way to physical exercise. This also creates a unique view. Seaton is a very pleasant resort because it is not crowded. You meet many locals there. July 2018
Wonderful setting, wonderful weather, wonderful resorts and wonderful people. The property was excellent, comfortable and stylish in perfect surroundings. Highly recommend. June 2018
