Had a lovely stay at Annie’s Cottage…warm, cosy, clean and in a great location. Few minutes walk to the beach set in quiet quaint village. Bed also very comfy…would highly recommend. 21.02.19 – 24.02.19
Lovely house only a few hundred yards from Beer Village centre. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. There is parking directly outside the property in a private car park. There are steps and stairs so it might be a challenge for less abled people but more like a normal house. The village of Beer is a short walk and is mostly on the level. There are 3 pubs, shops and a picturesque pebbly beach. Freshly caught fish is available daily but fishing trips start from the beach if you fancy catching your own. The small seaside towns of Seaton, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are short drives away. October 2018
Annie’s Cottage is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is also in a good location. We had a lovely time at Annie’s Cottage the week before Easter 2017. We liked being able to walk to the sea front where there are plenty of cafes to get food and drink. It was also only a relatively short drive to visit Seaton, Lyme Regis and Sidmouth and Branscombe. We would recommend a visit to the Beer Quarry Caves, very interesting and the Donkey Sanctuary which is free to go in.
An amazing find! A stunning cottage in a beautiful location! Everything you could possibly want. Would definitely come back.
Had a fab time. Well-equipped and comfortable. Good to be able to walk to the beach, plenty to see and do. Good eating places. Ideal base for touring Sidmouth, Branscombe and Lyme Regis short drive away.
Had a very good and busy week with fine weather. Donkey Sanctuary, Seaton Jurassic (good for under 11’s), tramway, Seaton Hole (rock pools), fossil walk and Lyme Regis. Woozies Deli in Beer does variety of different Cornish pasties. Thank you – would certainly recommend. 2017
