Friday changeover.  Arrival: From 2 pm. Departure by 10am. Regret no pets. Regret no children under 4 years old. Babes in arms welcome. Welcome tea tray on arrival. Tea towels, washing up liquid, sponge, washing powder and cleaning materials provided. Access information available on request.

Short Breaks: These are available between October and March excluding school and Bank Holidays.

Location and Area:

An excellent holiday location with just a 2 -minute walk to the magnificent mile long beach and Esplanade with views of the cliffs and Jurassic coastline. The local shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants and pubs are all conveniently to hand. Travel on the famous Seaton tramway along the Axe Valley passing Seaton Marshes and Nature Reserves stopping off at nearby Colyford and the small market town of Colyton.

The pretty Axe Harbour is a 10-minute walk away and cliff top golf course a little further. Just a short walk to the South West Coast Path, in one direction to the picturesque fishing village of Beer, a little further to Branscombe and Sidmouth and in the opposite direction to Lyme Regis with famous Cobb and excellent selection of specialist shops.

The famous Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall River Cottage Canteen at Axminster only a 15-minute drive. A perfect base to explore this interesting stunning area on the Devon/Dorset border.

Lovely place, everything you could want in an apartment and very comfortable. Excellent for visiting the area, being close to the town and the seafront and a great place to relax in after returning from long walks along the coastal paths. Thank you for your fab apartment!! Clean, comfortable, very well equipped, everything one could want & more. The little touches mean a lot, loved the patio for breakfast and readingthe newspapers. This is our third year of staying in your lovely apartment. When attending “Donkey Week” at the Donkey Sanctuary, Sidmouth. As usual, we have found it all very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. A home from home! We are looking forward to returning here in May 2019 for our fourth “Donkey Week” holiday.
