A superb luxury seaside apartment with excellent secluded balcony enjoying lovely sea and valley views, situated on the second and third floors of a Grade II listed house, De La Pole, in the heart of this popular town of Seaton.

The apartment has been furnished to a high quality with excellent wooden floor in the open plan lounge.

Light, bright and airy. Fitted and furnished with great care to an excellent standard in a contemporary style but still retaining character, with some original beams.

Location and Area:

Cliff View, is situated in a Grade II listed house, in the heart of this popular town of Seaton.

Excellent holiday situation with just a 2-minute walk to the magnificent mile long beach for swimming, water sports or just lazing in a deck chair. Stroll along the Esplanade and admire the views of the cliffs and Jurassic coastline with coastal footpaths to Lyme Regis in one direction and the picturesque fishing village of Beer in the other. Local shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes are all to hand. The pretty Axe Harbour with yacht club is a 10-minute walk away. Watch the famous tramway travel along the valley passing Seaton Marshes and Nature Reserves stopping off at Colyford and small market town of Colyton.

The coastal towns of Lyme Regis ‘the pearl of Dorset’ with famous Cobb of the French Lieutenants fame and Sidmouth ‘the quintessential English seaside resort are a 10-minute drive away. The small thriving market town of Axminster, famous for the Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall ‘River Cottage Canteen’, shops and weekly street market is also a 10-minute drive away.

Stunning apartment with private balcony overlooking Axe Valley and views to sea. The property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. However, for those who are less able, you need to know that there are three flights of stairs to negotiate before you get to the apartment – not a difficulty for us - at least we were fitter at the end of our stay! The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a shower room with toilet and a separate toilet. The kitchen was well fitted out. There are two televisions – one in the lounge and the other in one bedroom – good to have when your partner likes watching other TV programmes! Overall a nice stay and one which we would like to repeat in the future. September 2018
