A charming seaside mews style house, tucked away in a quiet prime position just off the centre of this popular Regency town of Sidmouth on the Jurassic Coast, only a minute walk to the spectacular beach and sea. Just 1-minute walk to the spectacular beach and sea, a little further to Jacobs Ladder beach with golden sands. Stroll along the Esplanade and admire the views of the cliffs and Jurassic coastline with its many coastal footpaths.

French doors to balcony with views to Salcombe Hill and sea glimpse, table and chairs, ideal for sitting out. Second pair of French doors by Kitchen area to Juliette balcony.
Bedroom 1: Double, fitted wardrobes, sea glimpse. New En-suite Bathroom: Bath, over-bath shower, basin, and WC. Heated towel rail.
Ground floor Bedroom 2: Twin, (option of super king if required), T.V. New En-suite Shower Room: Large shower cubicle, Basin, WC. Heated towel rail.

Parking: Secure gated garage for one small sized car. Garage parking space measures 14′ (maximum) x 10′ 9″ (3.28m). Alternatively, a weekly car park for the long stay town car park in Manor Road just over a 10-minute walk away plus short stay car parks nearby for up to 3 hours can be obtained from the Sidmouth Tourist Information Centre by the swimming pool, £25 pw, which entitles you to park in other East Devon District Council Car Parks.
Saturday changeover. Check-in from 2pm. Check-out by 10am. Regret no pets. No smoking in property please. Small children to be supervised on balcony. Access information available on request.
Short Breaks: These are available between October and March excluding school and Bank Holidays.

A wide variety of quality shops, restaurants, cafes, cinema, inns and swimming pool are all conveniently to hand.
The picturesque fishing village of Beer is only a 15-minute drive away. A little further onto the seaside town of Lyme Regis with famous Cobb.

The house is located in the middle of a beautiful town with many shops. Just a few metres from the beach and yet very quiet in the courtyard. It is very clean and comfortable and comfortably furnished with everything you need. The beds are very good and even chairs for the beach are available. One should know that the balcony only has space for 2 people. We felt very comfortable. July 2018
