Parking: Allocated parking space for one car to the rear of the Mews, plus visiting parking on a ‘first come first served basis’. Also parking in nearby local car park, 5 minute walk away, reasonably priced weekly ticket £25 which entitles you to park in other East Devon District Council car parks.
Saturday changeover. Arrival from 2pm. Departure by 10am. One small/medium well behaved pet welcome, a fixed charge of £25 pw or part week per pet.
Harbour Mews sleeps 6 + cot + *2 children. *Regarding the extra children, there is an additional charge of £60 per child per week, but please note the size of the Lounge/diner is more suitable for 6 persons. There is seating for 6 persons in the Lounge/diner.

Short Breaks: These are available between October and March excluding school and Bank Holidays.
Location and Area:
Conveniently just over 5 minute level stroll to the local shops, two supermarkets, cafes, pubs, restaurants and all amenities with yacht club and cliff top golf course nearby.
Superb walks along the closeby South West Coast Path to Lyme Regis with famous Cobb and in the other direction to the quaint picturesque fishing village of Beer, further on to Branscombe and Sidmouth. Walk along by the River Axe to pretty village of Axmouth, one mile away with two local inns.
Nearby is the famous Seaton tramway, which runs along the beautiful River Axe and Valley (a bird watcher’s paradise) to Colyford and market town of Colyton.
An ideal holiday location throughout the year.
We have just returned from a fantastic week at Harbour Mews. Three families shared the house over the Christmas week and had a fabulous time. The house easily slept the eight of us and each room was extremely well appointed – even down to the kitchen scales in the kitchen! There was ample space in the bedrooms and the bathrooms were spacious with very good showers. Access to the beach, harbour, town and a large Tesco’s was all within a short walking distance. We enjoyed walks along the promenade at any time of day stopping for coffee and tea at the many cafes open, even over the Christmas period. The Milkbere office staff were extremely helpful and welcoming both before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this venue for a family holiday or short break.
We know Seaton well having lived here for 6 years in 2005. We used the house for a family get together for a week including New Year. Comfortable and warm through the house. All in all it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
