Excellent holiday situation with just a few steps across the Esplanade to the magnificent beach for swimming , water sports or just lazing in a deck chair.

Completely refurbished and furnished to an excellent standard. All rooms with sea views of Lyme Bay, from the front and side windows of apartment. Two steps to front door, handrails both sides, two further steps, hand rail to left, into Hall.
Once inside access is step free and level. Well fitted and equipped Kitchen/Diner, bay windows with window seats, side window with sea views, also rear window overlooking the cricket ground. Spacious Lounge with double aspect side windows with sea views of Lyme Bay.

A small wooden bench outside by the apartment entrance. Directly to the rear of the property there is also the added bonus of open access to the town cricket pitch with deckchairs at no extra charge except when a match is being played.
Parking at town car park just over a 5-minute walk away, reasonably priced weekly ticket, £25 pw which entitles you to park in other East Devon District Council car parks. Alternatively parking in private operated car park next door, Bedford Lawn, Esplanade. Plus nearby street parking in Glen Road and other surrounding roads.
Saturday changeover. Check in from 2pm. Check out before 10am. Regret no pets. No smoking in property please. Access information available on request.
Short Breaks: These are available between October and March excluding school and Bank Holidays.

Excellent holiday situation with just a few steps across the Esplanade to the magnificent beach for swimming, water sports or just lazing in a deck chair. Conveniently, just a couple of minutes level stroll to the town centre with a wide selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, theatre, a little further to the indoor swimming pool and cinema.
The famous beautiful ‘Connaught Gardens’ with a fascinating range of plants and café are less than a 5 minute walk away. From these gardens a flight of steps called ‘Jacobs Ladder’ takes you down to the sandy beach below. Stunning cliff top walks along the Jurassic Coast to Weston and Branscombe in one direction and Ladram Bay in the other.
The picture postcard village of Branscombe with working forge, old bakery tea rooms, mill, two traditional inns serving excellent food and the fishing village of Beer are a 15-minute drive away, passing by the famous Donkey Sanctuary at Weston.
The pretty coastal towns of Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth are an easy drive away.
Comfortable. Sidmouth is always fun to visit. Flat very convenient for everything. Café downstairs is very good as is The Loft in town. Loved having the deckchairs on the cricket pitch nearby. Might just become a cricket fan. Sarah and Mike, July 2017
