Nice house as a base to explore the surrounding areas. We had a great week at the cottage. The weather was fantastic. Seaton is a small resort with not much to do but great as a base. There is a beach that is a 5 minutes’ walk but its pebbly so not ideal for kids to play in. But Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are 25 minutes’ drive away. The cottage is very well equipped with all the things you would expect (kettle/toaster) Good showers upstairs. Great TV in the downstairs lounge for keeping the kids quiet. There is a tiny courtyard at the back. The place has a parking space so that’s no trouble also. The staff at Milkbere Cottage Holidays were very helpful. 4 stars. August 2018
