Pretty cottage, one of a small row of four, perfectly situated in the heart of this popular seaside town, on the Jurassic Coast. Most conveniently tucked away in a courtyard in a quiet pedestrianised area of Seaton.
The beach with Esplanade and bay are several minutes walk away.
Well fitted and furnished to a very good standard, providing good quality and comfortable accommodation.
Hall. Cosy Lounge, French door to pretty rear enclosed garden. Well fitted and equipped Kitchen/Diner with table and chairs. Cloakroom: Basin, WC.

- Smart television, with Freeview TV and radio channels, and a selection of catch-up players including BBC iPlayer, ITV Player and Netflix (the user must have a Netflix account to stream Netflix content).
- Disc player for DVDs, Blu-Ray video discs and CDs. A selection of DVDs is provided for use by guests.

- Free fast Internet service, with wireless access throughout the cottage, for laptops, tablets, mobiles, etc.
Small lawned area to the front of the cottage. Pretty sunny rear enclosed patio with picnic bench.
Parking: Parking in adjacent local car park, added convenience of private access gate from cottages, reasonably priced weekly ticket, £25 pw (2018) which entitles you to park in other East Devon District Council car parks.
Saturday changeover. Arrival from 2 pm. Departure by 10 am. Regret no pets. No smoking in property please. Access Statement available from office on request.
Short Breaks: These are accepted October to March excluding school and bank holidays.
Location and Area:
Excellently positioned close to the shops, inns, cafes, selection of good eating places, tennis courts and putting green. The Seaton tramway offers journeys along the delightful Axe Valley to Colyton and passing by the beautiful Seaton Marshes Local Nature Reserve.
Stunning coastal footpaths over the cliff tops to Beer, Branscombe and Sidmouth. Beer Quarry Caves, Pecorama model railway/pleasure gardens/play barn and the famous Donkey Sanctuary are all closeby.
The popular coastal towns of Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are both a 15 minute drive away.
Lyme Regis and Charmouth are both famous for fossil hunting.
An ideal seaside cottage in a perfect location to enjoy a relaxing holiday and explore the nearby coastal resorts.
Really nice place for a week away. We stayed here across February half term so not the busiest time of the year, but we really enjoyed our stay. The house is very close to the centre of the town but is literally tucked away so there is no passing traffic or people or anything. The house itself is comfortable with all the facilities you’d expect and it’s just a few minutes walk to the beach. Recommended. 16th – 23rd February 2019
Took my parents who are 80 and they loved it. The flowers that were given to my Mom on her birthday by the cleaner was a nice surprise. The beach was only a short walk away. Would recommend this place and lots of places to visit. 2018
