Customer reviews:

September 2017

An amazing find!  A stunning cottage in a beautiful location! Everything you could possibly want. Would definitely come back.  AP.

April 2017 - Had a fab time.  Well-equipped and comfortable.  Good to be able to walk to the beach, plenty to see and do.  Good eating places.  Ideal base for touring Sidmouth, Branscombe and Lyme Regis short drive away.  Mark, Mandy, Sarah, Joe, Jess and Jake the Pug.

27.8.16 - Had a very good and busy week with fine weather. Donkey Sanctuary, Seaton Jurassic (good for under 11’s), tramway, Seaton Hole (rock pools), fossil walk and Lyme Regis. Woozies Deli in Beer does variety of different Cornish pasties. Thank you – would certainly recommend.  The Wybrews ( Nottingham and Biggleswade)

20.8.16 - We have had a lovely holiday week at Annie’s Cottage. The weather has been great. Only really 1 day of mist and rain and that cleared my midday. Grandchildren loved swimming/ playing in sea here at Beer and Lyme Regis. Train rides, mackerel fishing from boat and seas shore. Our dog Oscar has loved it too. Families – Wills/ Adbomah- Boadi      Buckinghamshire

23-29th July 2016 - Has a great time here at Annie’s Cottage, a lovely cottage having everything you need. We ate out every night in Beer, a fantastic location. The weather was mostly cloudy but still had a wonderful week away. Thank youThe Dover family

16-23rd July 2016 - Lovely stay in a lovely cottage. We did walks to Branscombe and Seaton. Seasides at Sidmouth, Seaton, Lyme Regis and visits to the Donkey Sanctuary and Beer Quarry Caves.  Blessed with glorious weather and ate on the patio 6 out of 7 nights.  So much to do without travelling far – one of the best holidays we have had.  Thank youPates- Bullock family – Leicester

2-9th July 2016 - A good week in the picturesque village of Beer.  Annie’s Cottage served us very well. Fabulous busy day across the area and would highly recommend a visit to Beer Caves.  And to all the twitchers- keep an eye out for the woodpecker.  Thanks to Annie’s Cottage for our lovely holiday.  Amanda, Dave, Paul and Caroline and ConallBelfast, Aberystwyth, and Leeds.

25 June – 2 July 2016 - We’ve had a really comfortable stay here in this beautiful part of Devon. We really appreciate how you have thought through the comfort of the cottage. The beds, pillows and duvets lead to blissful sleep.  The village is blessed with many great eateries – amazing Sunday lunch at The Dolphin, great fish and chips, tapas at Osbornes and pub grub at the Anchor.

The weather was typically British but we loved the cliff walks to Seaton and Branscombe and Lyme Regis was stunning on our one sunny day.  Lots of reasons to return.  Garry, Carolyn, Emma and Dusty Crighton

May 2016 - Had a fantastic time at Annies Cottage. A real home from home. We were very lucky with the weather and spent every day on the beaches. Lyme Regis was great and would recommend the park and ride. Village has everything you need. 2 pubs and plenty of places to eat. We had a lovely meal at Gina’s on out last night.  Craig, Tina, Louise, Connor an Darcy (aka chicken nugget).  The Walsall massive

Easter 2016 - What a wonderful week we have had at Annie’s Cottage. We have been coming to Beer for a number of years and this year there were nine of us for Easter lunch at Annie’s Cottage – very snug.  Weather was better towards the end of the week- good enough for a picnic on the beach.  Lovely meal in the Dolphin.  Sophie, Scott, Sam, Lucy and Evie – the dog. Staffordshire and grandad all the way from Mazarron, Spain

19 December – 2 January 2016 - We have had a relaxing 2 weeks at this lovely cosy cottage. A real home from home. Weather absolutely dreadful- wind and rain practically every day. No other alternative but to retreat to the pub – shame. But we still had a good time.  Kevin, Anita and Rosie (the red collie) Hornchurch- Essex
