The Counting House is a stunning new conversion from a 1870 Victorian town house (formerly a Bank) into four superb luxury apartments situated right in the heart of the popular seaside town of Seaton. This beautiful apartment is located in the Square with local shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and two supermarkets, all to hand.

Only a minute's walk to the seafront, Esplanade, with mile long beach, The pretty Axe Harbour is an easy 10-minute level walk away and the golf course a little further. Just a short walk to the South West Coast Path, in one direction to the picturesque fishing village of Beer, a little further to Branscombe and the opposite direction to Lyme Regis with famous Cobb and excellent selection of specialist shops. 

A little further on to Charmouth with Heritage Coast Centre offering fossil hunting walks, rock pool rambles and special marine events.

The small thriving market town of Axminster, famous for the Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall 'River Cottage Canteen', shops and weekly street market is a 15-minute drive. Ideally positioned to attend the River Cottage courses, weekend dining and special events at Park Farm, only a 15-minute drive.
