Customer reviews:

26/8/17 – 1/9/17  The fabulously equipped kitchen meant we could prepare and eat home- made family meals rather than always eating out. Tesco’s was fantastic. The pharmacy department in Tesco was great too. I will recommend this holiday home to every one of my friends and family and I hope we are lucky enough to return for future visits. Our week in Seaton has been truly wonderful and I can’t rate this beautiful home highly enough. From the great location, access to shops and cleanliness was absolutely top notch. The home from home experience with the lovely touches with pictures and flowers in many rooms, to the comfiest bed we ever slept in (unless it’s the sea air). The most luxurious bedding, I felt like I was truly spoilt and very, very well looked after. Fledglings will hold a special place in my heart giving me many precious memories we will all cherish forever.  The Paget family – Surrey.

26th August 2017   The house is very cosy and well located. We all enjoyed the fact that we could take the dog for a walk on the beach. What a good idea to have a separate part of the beach to take the dog on. There is no down-side and I can’t wait to come back.  Kerry Paget- aged 13.

26.8.17  Lovely house and great location. Easy distance to explore Devon and Dorset. Fledglings has everything a family needs to ensure a relaxing holiday.  The Wolverons- West Midlands.

18.8.17  We’ve had a great week here at Fledglings. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfy. It’s in a great location close to the sea and a great base for exploring Devon and Dorset. The neighbours were very friendly. We walked to Beer and Branscombe mouth- beautiful.  We cycled from Budleigh Salterton to Exmouth and also cycled around Seaton Wetlands. We spent several days at the beach in Lyme Regis and visited Charmouth and West Bay.  Thank you for a great week.  The Flanagans – Derbyshire.

10.8.17  Great house and very well equipped. Clean and bedding is fabulous.  The Watsons – Hertfordshire.

29.7.17  Our family really enjoyed this accommodation and the kids loved the snug and enjoyed eating our dinner in the conservatory. The property is wonderfully close to the sea which made evening dog walks very enjoyable too. All the added little touches made it fell like home from home. The weather wasn’t great but having such delightful accommodation made up for it.  Thank you- we look forward to visiting again. P.S. The dog loved it too.  The Milsom family – Essex.

21.7.17  Lovely property and ideally located. Furnished to a high standard and beds so comfortable. All had a wonderful relaxing week even though weather was awful on Friday.

Will certainly want to return as everything you would want and need is here.  Met a few of the lovely neighbours. The Malt House in town is well worth a visit for a meal and a drink. So friendly and good food.  The Cutter family – Wiltshire.

1.7.17  Fledglings is a lovely property and furnished to a high standard and ideally situated for shops, harbour, beach and restaurants. A trip on the tram from Seaton to Colyton on the top deck is a must. Food at Colyton Tram station very enjoyable. Also another good day out is Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary. Brilliant. Also visited Beer and Lyne Regis, both very picturesque. We were amazed at how clean and well looked after all the beaches and surrounding areas were. Altogether a very enjoyable holiday.  Pat and Richard Ball- Oxfordshire.

17th June 2017  Great accommodation and you would be hard pressed to fault anything. Location excellent, cleanliness the same. I loved all the pictures and knic knacks around the house. The quality of the bedding was superb and the dishes and utensils more than adequate. It was like home from home.  The Wilsons – Coventry

10th June 2017  A lovely home and very tastefully furnished. The extra touches were great. Very wet all week with gale force winds but we managed to duck and dive. A bit of a problem with refuse bins as they are only taken once every 3 weeks now.   Pat Rogenhagen and niece and 2 small dogs.

2nd June 2017  We enjoyed a half term break at Fledglings with our 3 sons. Had fun crabbing at Seaton Harbour, mackerel fishing at Beer, coastal walk trip to awesome water park at Paignton. Joined the gym for 1 week on a holiday pass- really well equipped. Good coffee at Seaton Jurassic Centre. All in all a lovely holiday. Fledglings was really well equipped.  Chauhan family – Bristol

13-20 May 2017  Some excellent, sometimes challenging walks to Beer, Sidmouth and up to Golden Cap. Eating out in Seaton was good. Top was Tandoori tonight (Just along the road). The Mal House was also good. Seaton Tramway a good half day out.  The Collins family – Powys

6-13 May 2017   A lovely well equipped house, very clean and comfortable. Weather was very kind to us apart from 2 cloudy and windy days. Will recommend.  Sue, Sylvia, Lucky and Heather - Birmingham

8-15 April 2017  Thank you for a lovely week at Fledglings. The beds are sooo soft and comfy. The house is clean and well equipped and very well located. We are glad to recommend the Wild Caper on Fore Street for delicious tapas and pizzas. Also Crealy Adventure Park for a day out with younger children. Would definitely love to come back to Fledglings.  The Spence family - Cirencester

Davies Family – Norwich 6-13 August 2016  This is a beautiful house in a perfect location. Thank you for all the thoughtful added touches such as a washing line, hairdryer etc. There was everything we needed.  We had a lovely week at Fledglings house – Jemima aged 6

Hollidge family – Burnham on Sea 11.6.16  The accommodation is of a high quality and we found it to be very suitable for us. We enjoyed very good weather and could go and do what we wanted. Particular highlights were the tramway, the local wetlands (but not for dogs), a cruise from Exmouth, Beer (village not drink) and Sidmouth. Best beaches at Exmouth.  Thank you for providing this ideal venue for us.

Liz, Bob. Toby, Gen, Bella and Juliette   Leighton Buzzard 28.5.16  Lovely week, house great, weather great, location great. Very well equipped house with lovely touches here and there. A superb holiday home. Thanks very much, would recommend to all family and friends.

Family Krysik   The Netherlands   14-21 May 2016  Fantastic location, excellent standard of accommodation. Very clean and very good fudge. We would recommend this accommodation. Lovely walks to Beer and Branscombe. Everything was PERFECT. Only the weather was not good enough. Thank you. It was GREAT.
