The Counting House is a stunning new conversion from a 1870 Victorian town house, (formerly a Bank) into four superb luxury apartments, (Sovereign, Sterling, Crown and Florin) situated right in the heart of the popular seaside town of Seaton. These beautiful apartments are located in the Square with local shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and two supermarkets all to hand.

Only a minute's walk to the seafront, Esplanade, with mile long beach.  The pretty Axe Harbour is an easy 10 minute level walk away and the golf course a little further.  Just a short walk to the South West Coast Path, in one direction to the picturesque fishing village of Beer, a little further to Branscombe and the opposite direction to Lyme Regis with famous Cobb and excellent selection of specialist shops.   A little further onto Charmouth with the Heritage Coast Centre, offering fossil hunting walks, rock pool rambles and special marine events.

The small thriving market town of Axminster, famous for the Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall 'River Cottage Canteen', shops and weekly street market is a 15 minute drive. Ideally positioned to attend the River Cottage courses, weekend dining and special events at Park Farm, only 15 minute drive.  A unique, most convenient and relaxing location for exploring the delights of this pretty area.

Accommodation:  ALL ON THE GROUND FLOOR.  Completely renovated, refurbished and attractively furnished to a superb standard with excellent quality fixtures and fittings. Light and bright.   Oak flooring throughout with luxury carpeted bedroom.  Access to the apartment is from the front of the building 'The Counting House' into communal hall with intercom system.  Door from communal door to the rear of the building and garden.

Entrance from garden to apartment.  One step through french door into open plan Lounge, Dining and well fitted and equipped Kitchen areas.  Large Bedroom 1: King, leading into fully tiled luxury Shower room: Large Shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Facilities:  Bed linen and towels inclusive.  Electricity/heating inclusive.  Electric hob and oven.  Microwave.  Fridge/freezer.  Washer/dryer.  Dishwasher.  TV.  Folding bed, at an additional charge £50 pw, including bed linen and towels.  Cot.  Highchair.  Free Wi-fi.

Outdoor Facilities:  French doors from lounge lead to enclosed courtyard patio with wooden bench.  Complimentary parking permit for town car parks, both 2 minute walk away.

Additional Information:  Friday changeover.  One quiet well behaved pet welcome, a fixed charge of  £25 pw or part week per pet.  No smoking in property please.  £100 returnable good housekeeping deposit.  This is paid with the final balance and returned in full unless there are charges for breakage, damage and excess cleaning.

We are very pleased to report that Sovereign has been awarded 100% score for Cleanliness from VE inspection, September, 2016.
