Superb detached spacious bungalow, completely refurbished to a good standard, tucked away in a peaceful position in a select residential area of the popular seaside Regency town of Sidmouth. Just a ten minute walk to the beach, seafront with Esplanade and town centre with an excellent selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, theatre, a little further to the indoor swimming pool and cinema.

The famous beautiful Connaughts Gardens with an excellent range of plants and café are situated on the coastline, from these gardens a flight of white steps called 'Jacobs Ladder' takes you to the sandy beach below.

The seaside village of Branscombe with working forge, Old Bakery Tea rooms and mill, two traditional inns serving excellent food and the fishing village of Beer are a 15 minute drive away, passing by the famous Donkey Sanctuary at Weston. The stunning coastal resort of Lyme Regis is only a 25 minute drive. Ideally positioned for the many coastal walks on the South West Coast Path.  A gem of a seaside holiday home.

Accommodation: ALL ON THE GROUND FLOOR.  Completely refurbished and furnished with great care to a very good standard.  Light bright and airy, spacious accommodation.Two steps into Hall.  Lounge, gas fire, 47" flat screen TV, Freesat, Radio/CD,  french doors - 4 steps down to patio and garden.  Well fitted and equipped Kitchen/diner, electric hob and oven,  microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.  Door to utility area/lobby for coats, boots, bikes, buggies etc. and washing machine.  Bedroom 1: Kingsize.  Bedroom 2: Twin, distant views to woods.  Bathroom: Bath, over-bath shower, basin, WC.

Facilities:  Bed linen inclusive.  Towels for hire, £10 per set (one bath + one hand towel).  Electricity/gas/central heating inclusive.

Outdoor Facilities:  Pretty garden with patio area.  Garden furniture. 

Parking: in drive and roadside by bungalow.

Additional information:  Non smokers only.  Arrival from 2pm  Departure by 10am.

Short Breaks:  These are available between October and March excluding school and Bank Holidays.

30th September – 7th October 2017   Great location. The sitting room and two bedrooms are large. Kitchen modern but quite small for four people eating at a table in there. The shower over the bath could do with a grab rail to make it easier to get in and out of bath/shower. Excellent location as within walking distance of Esplanade, Connaught Gardens and Sidmouth town centre. Lovely open view and can see the sea!  Mrs Giddings
