Large grassed garden, not totally enlcosed, with varying levels/terraces and areas including a patio with table and chairs, small ponds and stream, (care with children).
Parking: Restricted space for two standard size parked cars, off lane, in front of garage and side. Please note one car may partly block the other car in, depending on its size and angle of parking.

Location and Area:
Two local inns are a short stroll away. A lovely level mile long walk along the riverside to the pretty Axe Harbour, magnificent mile long beach with Esplanade, with views to the cliffs and Jurassic coastline, golf course and all amenities of Seaton. The local shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and pubs are all to hand. Travel on the famous Seaton tramway along the Axe Valley passing Seaton Marshes and Nature Reserves stopping off at Colyford and the small market town of Colyton.
